The lab operates with normal lead times, example: 2 days on custom trays, 2 on bite rims, 4 on set-up and 5 on process and finish for dentures. If possible, all of our cases are returned to you by UPS to allow package tracking and avoid lost shipments. We strive to meet your timeframes but we find that sometimes the method you use to ship the cases to us can consume most of the time allowed. Let us work with you to determine the best method for shipping your cases to our lab that will promote timely delivery but will also let you take advantage of our great quality and pricing. You may want to consider expedited 3-day shipping by UPS, at slightly higher cost, to prevent delays in shipping or returning your cases.
