The Prepaid Denture Program* is a simple and inexpensive way for charitable organizations, dentists and dental clinics to work together. Many dentists and clinics will provide basic dental care for the needy such as fillings and extractions but few can provide dentures and dental devices due to the cost of acquiring these appliances from a commercial lab. It is one thing to give away soft costs such as a person's time and a completely different issue to pay out hard dollars on top of the soft costs. Now there is an answer: The Prepaid Denture Program. *

The Nonprofit Organization

	Develops a relationship with a dentist(s) in your area
	Order vouchers from Nonprofit Warehouse @ 770-541-7777
	Provide vouchers to the dentist for the approved patient

The Dentist or Clinic

	Find the organization(s) in your area that will provide the vouchers
	See the patient and take the denture impression
	Send the impression along with the prepaid voucher to our lab (address and phone number are on the voucher)
	Lab will provide the custom tray, bite rim, set up and finished denture
	Cost of the dentures is covered by the prepaid voucher*

How can vouchers be funded?

Many organizations will provide needed assistance to individual patients if they know that the funds are going directly to provide for that patient's treatment. The budget amounts need to be reasonable and capped. The Prepaid Denture Program* caps the lab costs and provides direct patient services. The funds are not eroded by administrative costs or overhead. Look for the nonprofit organizations in your area that are active with the working poor, the homeless, and the uninsured, such as:

Service Clubs-Rotary Clubs, Kiwanis, Lions, Women's Auxiliary, etc.
Churches-Foundations- Government Grants

*The voucher program covers only the lab cost of the dentures and does not cover the cost of the dentist, office visit or any other related costs.
